Try these techniques to change the way you think about selling and you will see your retail sales grow in no time!

OFFER REAL VALUE
Consumers are looking for authenticity in their retail experiences. If you don’t see the value in what you’re selling, how will they? Never suggest something to a guest that you don’t believe in 100%. When you are passionate about what you are selling, you will instill confidence in your clients and they will be less hesitant to purchase.

BE THE HERO
Every person who sits in your chair has a hair problem or concern, even if they don’t necessarily voice it. Be attentive and ask questions. Is your client a busy mom with unruly curls?
